I heard my people talking and I hear that I get to go to Palm Springs tomorrow. I'm a little excited, but at the same time, I'm a little scared.

I am pretty sure that was the hot place that I went to once and burned my feet. I was having a good old time running around on the pavement and enjoying that big bright thing in the sky. It was glorious!

Well, I went back inside, took a little nap and when I woke up and tried to stand up, I fell right back down! I couldn't stand at all! It was horrible! I heard my people say that I burned my feet on the hot pavement that day!

So the thought of going to that place again scares me a little bit. I am pretty sure my people will remember that and take care of me because I might forget once I start running around having a good time :-)

If you have dogs and it's hot where you are, remember to protect their little feet. We don't think about such things...we just have fun. I am not sure why I even remember that time...but since I was thinking about it, I thought I'd share.
